I tried to book into my usual spot, Areca, but they're all booked up on the dates I want. Trolling through other options I came across the Golden Sea which looks like it might be a pretty good deal and not too far away.

 

I used the search engine and only turned up a couple of references. Anybody have any more info on this place? Girl-friendliness, cleanliness, good staff, etc? Also any other info on stuff like nearby construction noise, all-night Karaoke bar downstairs, green slime in the pool etc would be appreciated.
