Toronto to Bangkok

Featured Replies

Has anyone here flown on Cathay Pacific from Toronto are they a better airline than Air Canada I see there flight times are faster and you land in Bangkok much earlier they have one stop in Hong Kong with only a one hour layover.

Thanks

Cathay is an excellent airline. I did an All Asia pass with them from Toronto a couple of years ago.

Air Canada flies to Bangkok via Hong Kong or Narita. They use the newest planes on the trans Pacific leg and then you get Thai or ANA on the Bangkok segment. Air Canada is certainly cheaper than Cathay.

Your right Air Canada does fly to Hong Kong thanks for pointing that out, I am looking to book a flight in nov. I can book a flight cheaper on Cathay threw http://www.tripcentral.ca/ or http://www.searstravel.ca than I can for Air Canada no matter who I book threw that I know of, Air Canada also has a long layover in Hong Kong why hangout in an airport when I can be on my way to funland thanks for your help though all info is appreciated.

For my trip in June I am doing AC from TO to HK and then picking up Thai Air to BKK with only 1 hour layover in HK. I like flying to HK as the flight to BKK is much shorter than from Narita.
