studio or condo in Pattaya

Back for three weeks in late April with a pal.

We have had a few trips now and want to consider either 2 adjacent studios or a 2 bedroom condo

Need something with a pool, inroom safe, decent security and a regular maid service.

Located cental[ish] Pattaya. Obviously G/F

Have done a few hotels and want to see what the options are.

Anybody know/own the right place orknow of an honest agent?

Would appreciate any expert advice
