Australian Ray Kelly who was owner of many bars in Pattaya, including Classroom 2 on soi 2, (honey pot and bar opposite classroom2) was shot in an assasination style murder in Angeles City in the Philipines. Two motorcycles drove next to him and opened his car door and shot him. This was before the 17th this month.
