Any Canadian's have luck getting a visa for there TG. Don't have one lined up just wondering if it's doable and if it is how hard was it. Any information would be appreciated. Cheers

Sorry, I haven't tried to bring one here. Can't say as I plan on it either, much prefer to keep them in Thailand and away from the women here.

im also interested in finding out if any canadians have been successful in getting their TG a TRV (temp. residence visa)...based on the number of posts and posters...perhaps indicative of how difficult it is to get one for visiting canada??? hmmm..

Know 2 guys very well. one married a thai gal the other a chineese gal. both had them here in 8 months or less. There are thousands of asians here learning english. your lady has a passport; enroll her in a english class at a school or college near you. not much, a few hundred dollars and then make application for student visa. sounds too easy eh? i'll leave mine in thighland and when i'm sure , sure, bring her over for a couple weeks,months and see how it goes. chock dee kup

Thanks some good info especially about the student visa. Just wanted to know if it was possible to bring one over, to see if the allusion is still as good as it is in Thailand. Not ready for to settle down again been there done that, but be great for the winter months. Thanks for help. Cheers
