How Do I Get Replacement Bike Sticker?

I've renewed my bike registration, but somehow I have misplaced the sticker that goes onto the motorbike.

 

I have the original green book with the updated paperwork. I even made a photocopy of the new sticker.

 

I'm guessing I can just go down to the licensing office, but if any knows the procedure and cost of a replacement sticker I'd appreciate the help.
