V2O cocktails & Ice Bar

Has anybody been to the new V2O Cocktails and Ice Bar yet I believe it's just off Walking Street. I've been told it's worth a visit. So one night whilst I am wondering around the bars and go go bars of Walking Street I might just take a look. Is there a particular time of night that it gets busy???

I presume it's just a place where you go to get a drink and the bar staff do not get bar fined.
