Where for art thou Pizza Italy

  Pizza Italy in Soi Xzyte use to be my favorite pizza place. I went there last night and it and everything around there, including a big outdoor bar, are closed/gone. Any change it has moved or just another business rotation cycle in Pattaya?

Never mind, got lucky and saw their sign pointing to the new location walking back from Villa Market on Soi Buakhao.

 

The soi is across the street from Duan Nam Ing hotel on Buakhao:

Although almost nothing looks the same as when the picture was taken. There is a big asia-backpackers.com sign on the corner.
