Before you go buying an old iPhone, remember that the 4 can't use iOS7 and the 4S barely can...it's like the 3GS and iOS6. There's areally a purge of software now in the app store, and iOS7 is all anyone is developing for. You might find you won't be able to add much to your phone in a little while. 

 

If you could possibly buy an older iPhone 5, it'll be a better solution for the next few years.
