i have a tailor down in Patong who is a good friend for years, he has made me schoolgirl costumes on 4 seperate occasions that were absolutely pristine, he even scored the little gold chain bit for the collar/buttonhole on the last one... thai-style school uniforms, along w/ both autumn and winter japanese schoolgirl attire.

 

i should add, i also have a source for the big baggy socks that the japanese schoolgirls often wear, along w/ the gluesticks made for holding them in place... PM me if you want to be put into contact w/ him, not the cheapest route i'm sure but if authenticity is important...

there is good shop on soi buakoa where u can get any uniform u like.

There is a place on Soi buckhow that sells that sort of stuff, near to soi LK Metro.

 

ASlso you can buy a set from the Classroom (gogo place) for 1000 bht.
