Throughout the month of December, Chef Alberto Bruni at “Acqua” Italian restaurant, Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya invites you to enjoy the best finest world beef.

Air dried Bresaola carpaccio with fresh goat’s cheese and Belgium endive will be served with a selection of the world’s best cuts of beef including Australian striploin and Wagyu rib-set plus US tenderloin. All grilled to perfection and served with rosemary potato, rocket salad, and a selection of speciality salts and gourmet sauces. Prices start from THB 790++ (subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT).

Acqua Italian restaurant is located in the Main Lobby of Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya, and opens daily from 18.30-22.30 hrs.
