Stepfather Raped His 1-Year-Old Stepson

Police have arrested a stepfather who thrashed his 1-year-old stepson against the wall and trampled him to death. The boy’s mother revealed that the stepfather always sexually abused her son.

KALASIN – November 19, 2013 [PDN]; A journalist reported that at 1.30 p.m. the police of Yarngtalad police station, Kalasin province arrested Mr. Anucha or Oui, aged 45, while he was trying to get on a bus to escape at the area in front of the market of Tambon Yarngtalad municipality after he had thrashed a Boy Bas (alias), aged 1 year and 11 months, against the wall of the his house and then trampled him until he was severely injured he then died later at Khonkaen hospital. The doctor indicated the causes of his death was due to a swollen brain which contain a blood clot. He had also sustained a torn anus. The incident occurred on November 16, 2013.

Upon questioning the defendant he confessed that before the incident occurred he had been drinking and was very drunk but when he came back home he heard Boy Bas (his stepson) who is the son of Mrs. Wa (alias), aged 19) was crying loudly so he was annoyed. He then grabbed his 2 legs and thrashed him against the wall until he was unconscious before sending him to the hospital. He knew later that the boy died at the hospital so he tried to escape but he was arrested. He claimed that he didn’t sexually abuse the boy.

Mrs. Wa (alias), who is the boy’s mother, said that she was divorced from Mr. Anucha for 5-6 months but he always got very drunk and would beat her and her son. Sometimes he would put his forefinger into her son’s anus and his penis but when she tried to stop him he would beat and abuse her. On the incident day Mr. Anucha put his forefinger and his penis into her son’s anus making the boy cry a lot and he didn’t stop crying so Mr. Anucha got very angry and thrashed his son against until he was unconscious before sending the boy to the hospital. He then tried to escape. The police have arrested the man and he will be charged according to Thai law.
