Mr. Weerayuth Thananankool, the Executive Director of Home Product Trading Co. The huge floor area of over 5-rais, (3,000-square meters) has a sales space of 2,400-square meters plus a storage area of 600-square meters. The sales area is divided into five separate shopping zones; – Doors and Frames; LED & Lighting; Bathroom; Floor and Wall Decoration; plus the presentation of Furniture and Home Décor. The product presentation is the key to success for generating sales and he revealed that they focus on displaying products in the form of model rooms. By bringing specifically selected new products in many styles, such as ‘Door & Frame’ styles, model ‘Bathrooms’ etc, this created a focus on specific areas in a home. These scenarios evolve by carefully selecting the materials and furnishings to represent a fully decorated house, which inspires the customers to see the things more clearly, rather than just only showing them pictures in catalogue.
