Digital Camera with best video

I did a search, and lots of reviews about digital camera still photos, but not much about the video capabilities. I want a small digital camera that takes good photos, but also takes good video clips. Can anybody make a suggestion? I hate carting around 2 different cameras.

 

I've been reading about the new Samsung NV series, with its video taking MPEG-4 at 800-600. That should be better quality than most, but not sure. Anybody have that camera? Or any other that takes good video that they can recommend? I've been looking at the internet sites and the comparisons, but now am totally confused. So I think a few recommendations from people who are actually using the features might be the best way to go.
