Tourist visa

I have always stayed in los more than one month and always plan a trip to get a new 30 day stamp but I was just wondering what will happen if my tourist visa runs out for 1 or 2 days? Is there a fine or will someone be facing more serious problems

You will be charged overstay at the rate of B500 per day, though at the airport the first day is free. If the regular police find out you are on overstay then they will arrest and deport you after a few days, so keep out of sight!

You can however, go down to the immigration offices and apply for an extension of stay before the visa runs out, though this will cost you B1900 whether they give you one day or thirty days.

I believe that on a 30 day non-visa entry stamp you will only get up to 7 days. It is up to 30 days if you entered on a tourist visa.
