Jomtien Guesthouse Business Promotion

My business partner and I are in the process of taking over a guest house in the heart of Jomtien, very close to the beach, bars and restaurants.

We are well respected in the Pattaya and Jomtien areas, having been operating various businesses here permanently for ten years now. Between us we started the original Spicy Girls Go-Go and Spicy Girls Too in Pattayaland soi 1, partnered Pussy Galore Bar in the same soi and opened The Old Speckled Hen Guesthouse and the Ace Café in Jomtien.

In order to support this venture we would like to be able to generate some form of additional reliable income as well as offering customers a good service which will encourage them to return time and again.

The building at present comprises four self-contained air-conditioned apartments which we are looking to rent out on an ongoing basis.

As well as this, we want to be able to offer some of the rooms on a pre-paid basis to those of you who come to Pattaya/Jomtien regularly.

To do this we want to give “regulars” the opportunity to book a room for a total of 120 days to be used within four years.

All this for a very reasonable price of 100,000 Baht.

This equates to only 833 Baht per day, which will include breakfast.

Your requested dates can be available by mutual agreement: obviously the early bookers will get the first choice of dates.

If you decide to come here for one month for one year, or two months, or even the full 120 days this is entirely possible, subject to early booking, naturally.

Don’t forget that joining our pre-payment option, you will ensure that your room rate is guaranteed not to increase for the next four years.
