Husband Stabs His â€˜De â€“ Factoâ€™ Wife In Front Of Her Kids

A brutal teenage step-father stabbed his (massager worker), ‘de-facto’ wife, in front of her children in their room, causing her severe injuries, before riding away on his motorcycle, having escaped his crime so far.

PATTAYA – October 25, 2013 [PDN]; At 00.50 hrs, Police Captain Winai Sanitpan, who is a crime suppression inspector at Pattaya Police Station in Chonburi Province, received a report that there was a woman stabbed and seriously injured, who was waiting for help in Porntip Apartments, in Soi Jarensuk, at South Pattaya. Immediately the police rushed to the crime scene with rescuers from the “Sawang Boriboon Foundation, Pattaya to help her.

The woman is 26-years old Miss Pornpan Sangdanjak, who works as a massager and had got many wounds from being stabbed several times; – These included one on the nape of her neck, two in her back, one on the left side of her waist; – (making a total of four). She was lying on her back, soaked in blood, with her little boy near her crying and in shock, so the rescuers gave her first aid and quickly took to her to the Banglamung (Government) Hospital right.

By asking her 10-year old boy named Ong, he told them that his step father, Mr. “A” had been with his mother only for 4-months and they had cooked a meal together. Then Mr. “A” went out to buy alcohol and they drank together, but while they were drinking they started quarrelling. His mother was afraid that they would be harmed with a knife, as his step father was threatening to harm his mother. She went to the bathroom to hide and told him (Ong) to go out of the room, but the man tried to drag his mother out of the room, and when he could drag her out, he stabbed her many times.

Young Ong saw everything and he wanted to save his mother, but he could not, so as his mother had told him to run, he ran out of the room and cried for help. The man ran out of the room, did not speak to anyone and rode his blue Yamaha ‘Fino’ motorcycle away and his mother ran after him, but she collapsed on the stairs because of her injuries.

The police checked the room finding a bottle of alcohol in the middle of the room, a big pool of blood and a 15 cm. fruit knife dropped in front of the bathroom The handle was blood- stained, and the blade of the knife was bent, so the police took it away as evidence and they think that the man stabbed Miss Pornpan until the knife blade got bent. The police and the volunteers tried to find the man and drove around searching for him but they still could not find him.

From checking the CCTV in the building, police saw that Mr. “A” had come back from buying soda less than one hour before and that the man and his ‘de-facto’ wife had both ran out of the room consecutively. The CCTV tape clearly showed the man’s face while he was running out of the room, so police can identify him.

A neighbour in another room told the police that the man looked like a ‘junky’ (drug addict) and that he also usually drank, so he always heard the man quarrelling with his girlfriend a lot. The police think that this crime may have happened because the man got drunk (or high on drugs), and then got arguing with his girlfriend about some problems, before he stabbed her. However, the police know his face from the CCTV footage and they will continue searching for the man, who has committed this very serious crime.
