Cheap Accomodation Low Season

Hi all BM'S

Arrived back Jan after first trip to LOS and are heading back in July.

One of the things i learnt is i paid too much for accomodation, not that there was anything wrong with where i stayed (Residence Garden) Which was by the way very good, but im planning on spending less on room etc and more on the Thai delights!!

 

Any BMs got some good tips on some Cheap (apprx £10 max per night) Accomodation??

 

Must Be:

 

Not in really noisy all night area ie middle of Soi 6!!

Very clean

Air Con

i was in patts for the first time in december/jan just past, a friend of mine told me of this place, its £100 per mnth plus your electric, i was there for 3 wks and my total was £135, the rooms are clean, great friendly staff good food, it is just your simple bathroom and double bed with tv,etc, but for the price its great! its called silver-place and its on 3rd road, and quiet with air con which you are looking for, really depends how long your stayiong for bcuz if ur staying for 1 week or 1 month its still £100, anyway the number is 038-414748-9, hope this helps

you could try us, link below, we may be full but rooms from 6,500 per month, + Electric, see website for details, but still very busy and plenty of bookings.

i would'nt want to go through dark alleys at 3.00am hal pissed and also expensive!

Going to stay in Pattaya Bay Resort in mid May-Jun. Checked out the site and it looks great. Pool, free internet, nice rooms. I saw on the site where they have special weekly rates for the off season but no prices were listed. I e-mailed their reservation link to inquire. I'll follow up here when they respond.

I stay few months ago Midtown Inn, 2 pools, 5 minutes walk to Walking Street 500 bahts.
