Major Pattaya Fire Now Being Investigated By Forensic Police

Commercial buildings that were burnt down by the fire that broke the past week are now being investigated by Forensic Police in order to find the definite cause of the fire.

PATTAYA – October 23, 2013 [PDN]; A forensic police team from Chon Buri arrived at the scene of the burnt down buildings in hopes to quickly wrap up the case.

The first building to be investigated belonged to a company called Rattanakorn Trading. It was a shop selling materials used for painting and building homes, police were informed that a high amount of hazardous materials that added intensity to the fire.

An Arabian restaurant was inspected next, the area of the restaurant was quite substantial. Four commercial buildings made up the restaurant, an apartment was set above the restaurant. The manager of the restaurant stated that he immediately ran out of the restaurant after he saw flames at the Rattanakorn Trading building.

The final building to be inspected was another restaurant named Abou Sahid. Police officers noticed that the fire reached all floors, which is quite disturbing to think about.

Forensic Police have estimated that it would take about three weeks to confirm the cause of the fire. The case can’t be wrapped up yet as some witnesses have said things different opposed to others.
