Watermark on Photos

Ru4Real posted this on another topic where i noticed the photos (which i assume were the posters) had no watermark.

 

Only watermarked if you upload to PA rather than link. Linking is better; means you can delete them yourself if need to.

 

How do you 'link" your own photos?

Upload them to either your own server or an online service; be careful which you choose if using online service if your pics are a little ... risque shall we say; most don't like porn.

I've had very good use with Imgur.com. Of course you'll need to make them ready for serving up yourself (eg, make them the right size) but then it's only a matter of: 

1. Creating an album
2. Setting permissions (images can be uploaded and free listed, uploaded and unlisted, uploaded and locked with a password), and then
3. Drag from the computer to your browser window. 

Once uploaded it's just a click to get the URL - some complete with BBcode - and then paste them into your report.

Thank you, thank you and thrice thank you. Signed up with them about 3 months ago  to try them out and uploaded a bunch of pics and for the life of me couldn't remember what the site was ... only problem now is I can't remember the password or what email account I used ... doh!
