The next round of an ongoing dialogue with the umbrella insurgent group, Barisan Revolusi Nasional (BRN), has been postponed and will not be resumed until the BRN explains why violence occurred in violation of the Ramadan truce, and has continued since then, a senior National Security Council adviser said Friday.
