What's the price for the rooms ?

Never stayed there mate but this is what is written at the bottom of the home page:-

 

prices (high season room rates):

+/- 17 euro per day (depending on the exchange rate of the Thai Bath), including cleaning & changing of the linnen

+/- 300 euro (+ electricity & water) per month (cleaning & changing of the linnen costs 200 Bath extra per time)

I stayed there, nice new rooms, staff pretty friendly and saw owner around all the time. Breakfast served on top floor, by pool. Nice breeze, in fact, breeze was so strong it knocked over the pool umbrellas, so everyone had to stabilize them.

 

Easy to get to 2nd road, by going thru the new shopping mall. Otherwise, about a 10 minute walk if you follow the road.

 

I most likely will stay there again, but depends on if price is relatively comparable to other hotels with same facilities.

mws i'm thinking you're writing about the pattaya bay resort ( patayabayresort.com) , i think this was about the pattayaresort at buakhao (http://pattayaresort.org)

About the pattaya bay resort threre is a thread allready.

The pattayaresort is managed by Belgian people , has 2 swimmingpools and cost about 18 € a night , there's no breakfast , there's a safe in the room and a 3 man security , no hidden costs . For 30 days its 9000 - 16000 Bht. This i was emailed.

I did not find any review of the resort , is there somebody who can give one ?

Oh yes sorry im staying at Pasadena Lodge its good 800 a night.

I have just been offered a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 toilets, front room,balcony & kitchen for only 1000 baht a night here's the room plan

 

 

looks good and the pics from there web site looks good aswell, I will post a review in Mar/Apr

Can you clear up the confusion?? Those pics look like Pattaya Bay Resort but other think you mean Pattaya Resort as per your original thread.

 

Pattaya Bay resort has great Suites and the rooms are good too. If you do book please let Kim the manager know your an Addict.

No these pics are from the Pattaya Resort (1 bedroom apartment) according to the e-mail I got.

Has anyone got an update on this resort, the " Pattaya Resort " please note, this IS NOT the Pattaya Bay Resort which has been highly recommended by a number of members. The Pattaya Resort looks okay on their web site (don't they all) and appears to be in a good location.

 

Has anyone stayed there recently?
