Looking for a Condo - short term rental

Hi All,

 

I am looking for a condo in the Central Pattaya (Pattaya Klang area) or North Pattaya area. I have e-mailed over 6 property management firms and most don't do short term rentals. I know that units are available in the Jomtein area, however at this time I do not want to stay that far out. 

Details below.

 

Dates - Nov. 10 th to Dec.10, 2013 (there is some flexibilty with the dates)

One (1) bedroom

One (1) bathroom

Price range (up to 32,000 baht per month)

Swimming pool

Fitness center

24 hour security

Safety box

relatively close to the baht bus route

non smoking unit

DVD player

Balcony

That's a lot of money for a condo in my book.  Easily get good room in View Talay 6 or equivalent.
