The police investigation department has been suspecting Mr. Jasper however, when Mr. Jasper arrived at Mukdahan immigration office with his passport to get a stamp to allow him to leave the country, the investigation Department found that Mr. Jasper has entered the country on 18 June he was issued a NON –O visa that expires on 15 September 2013.

After investigation it was found that the visa that he was issued is a travelling visa (tourist visa) 8486146 is the visa number that was issued on page 15 at Savannakhet province in Lao PDR . The visa covert issued in Laos has now been cancelled since it is reported fake and illegal.

It is presented that all visas that are issued must start with the letter ‘A’. A 'Netherlander' is called a Dutch man in proper English...

A 'Netherland' citizen is a Dutch citizen in proper English...

The country is called 'Nederland' (in proper Dutch) or 'The Netherlands' in proper English...

Poorly informed people will often refer to 'The Netherlands' as 'Holland' (which actually does not exist, although The Netherlands has 2 provinces which are called 'South Holland' and 'North Holland')

It appears that the Netherlands Board of Tourism and Conventions disagrees with you: www.holland.com

I think you have to remember that this article was written by a non-native speaking person. It is not easy to understand.
