I will be using my phone primarily to text.  Is there a best provider to use?  I will be in Pattaya for 3 months so are packages that provide a cheaper per text use if I buy in large volume?  Also can all the providers be topped off conveniently like at 7-11?

I guess I am looking for the cheapest per text provider.  Who would that be and what is per text charge?  Assuming they all charge the same, are there any other considerations like coverage, reliability etc?

You'll have to go compare the SMS packages each provider has, but if I was guessing I'd say True would be the cheapest.
