I'm 42 and like most guys over 40 I have issues with sensitivity in Thailand from time to time.I can fuck like Hercules without a condom but that's a big IF from night to night for a number of different reasons.The bottom line is I really need more time between barfine nights than I am willing to give myself.I read somewhere that putting aloe type moisturizing cream on your dick helps a little as it keeps the skin from becoming a little like leather as you get older.But I guess my question is this:Is there any spray,gel,cream that helps with penis sensitivity where even with a condom it enhances the pleasure? All I can find on the Internet is DE-sensitizing spray and THAT is the last thing that I need.Any info would be appreciated.

Don't use any cream prior to a condom as they will degrade the latex. Any oil based which includes petroleum jelly and mineral oil based which is basically all of them.

 

Here is a better tip. When using lube which should be all the time, put some inside the rubber,  as well as outside or in the girl, and the sensation is a lot better and the chance of breakage is even lower.

 

There aren't creams to make you more sensitive.

I think he is talking about retarded ejaculation -this can be caused by reduced sensitivity....but again I might be wrong...putting some water based lube on the tip of your penis before wearing the condom should help..also you need at least 8hrs sleep per day.....j

Agreed 8 hours sleep will help.. improved health practices in general will help like less alcohol, less cigarettes, healthier food and some exercise.

I usually am sleeping 7-8 hours a day in Pattaya so that's not a problem.I appreciate the tip about the lube before putting the condom on....I'll have to try that.

I do this and it works well - the girls really appreciate having a lube at hand too. Also, try a different rubber...I'm just a average guy, but thai rubbers are too small so I bring Sagami .02mm condoms with me.  You'd have to source them in the US - perhaps Amazon?- but they're thinner and not latex, so with the lube on the inside for contact and heat transfer, it's almost like nothing at all.

Cialis...the 5mgs. once a day.....they will keep you ready at all times and just normal when your not......

 I think certain of the meds affect different people different ways....Cialis wasn't as affective as Viagra for me...but Kamagara smashes both of them so there's no problem.

My mates and I discussed this in our afternoon bar haunt a year or so ago and I would say from a crowd of twelve or so about 10 said their sensitivity had decreased over the years and got far worse since hitting the monger ex pat life in LOS. Many owned up to never being able to finish with a condom and needed a bbbj to finish. Consensus rightly or wrongly was put at gross over use !!!

What really helps is not something that makes the percieved problem go away, but rather just accepting that it takes you much longer to get to the whole ejaculation stage. Once you're fine with it yourself, do you really think women will complain about you going at it 3 times longer?

Clockwatchers, maybe, but I've found that after the first 15 minutes, even they forget about the watch ;)

 

Make your "weakness" into a strength instead. Because it really can be, a lot of women appreciate it.

from my experience in pattaya they do complain..even my TGF gets pissed off  sometimes -but again mine only takes long when I drink a lot of alcohol ...j

Yes you are correct....I really liked Levitra, but it is not readly avialible in my area. I haven't tried Kamagara...........

Try Kamagra.I used Viagra for years(even when I didn't need it.)
