23 Year-Old Hallucinates After Doing Drugs

A 23 year-old man was reported to have hallucinations after he been doing drugs extensively. He tried to escape police officers by crawling on the ceiling, but his attempt had failed.

PATTAYA – September 8, 2013 [PDN]; Pattaya Police officers were informed that a man was seen climbing into the ceiling of an apartment in Thepprasit Rd. Police officers immediately rushed out to the upon receiving the incident.

The man was pointed out hiding on the third floor ceiling by other apartment residents. When police tried to get him down from the ceiling, he tried to crawl away from the police. But as he tried to crawl away from the police, the ceiling suddenly collapsed.

The suspect was identified as 23 year-old Mr. Suchat Kumchoo. He was said to be high of some sort, as if he was doing drugs. Police have now taken him to Pattaya Police station where he’ll be further inspected and questioned by Police officers.
