Bangkok Bank 200,000 Baht Theft

A transgender tried to steal 200,000 baht from the Bangkok bank in UdonThani province

UDON THANI – September 4,2013 [PDN]; at 2:30 PM the UdonThani province police station received a report about a theft at the Bangkok bank in UD Plaza in UdonThani province.

At the crime scene Mr.Sutham Sachana, 26 years old an employee working in a counter claims that a transgender entered into the bank carrying a girl like purse, tall and thin figure sat on the couch as though she was a customer of the bank. When the security employee walked out to the rest room he then moved towards the counter and wrote in the paper “do not be loud I have a gun in my pocket, give 200,000 baht now if not then you will die”. The service staff read the paper and threw it, she quickly ran out. The criminal then ran towards the Udon thani train platform. The staff quickly rang the security bell so that they could get help.

The officers reported in the radio towards the route he had escaped. Local residents have reported that the criminal did board the train.

At 3:30 PM police from the UdonThani were able to catch the criminal from the Huakeng train station in UdonThani province. Mr.Tirawan Sihawong 29 years old residing at 68 Moo 7 Tambon Ban Koh Noi, UdonThani province . The police and criminal took the criminal to the bank that the incident took place but he denied all allegations.

Police Col Kovit from UdonThani police station claims that the criminal denied all allegations but the CCTV cameras serves as evidence as well the bank staff had also witnessed the scene. Two other witnesses saw the criminal board the train. However, the police are now sending his writing on the paper for detection as well as clothing that were worn during the incident. Moreover, the police have already reported the crime.
