Foreigner Goes Mad, Runs Around Pattaya Naked

Pattaya - September 4, 2013; Pattaya Police rushed out to Pattaya Soi 9 where a foreigner was walking around naked, which shocked and disgusted local people.

PATTAYA – September 4,2013 [PDN]; The foreigner was known as Daniel (Surname undisclosed), aged 54, a Finnish national who was reported to have been walking around naked. He was also shouting which annoyed locals.

Daniel said that he couldn’t remember where he was staying and was talking in a very strange matter, as if he had gone mad. After several attempts of trying to find more about Daniel, police decided to take him to the police station in order to work things out more conveniently

After about two hours, Mr. Daniel seemed to have regained his consciousness as he was able to remember his hotel. Police have taken him back to his hotel and asked staff to closely watch him as police fear that he might do dangerous things.

As written, it is not the first nor the last case in Patts before some weirdo, drunk, or someone under an addictive drug makes nonsense. I am surprised that the article does not mention the implementation of the test for addictive substances.
