Shot His Brother – In – Law After Being Refused money!

Legal officer asked his brother-in-law and sister for money to buy drugs he was refused the money and therefore shot them.

RAYONG– September 3, 2013 [PDN]; at 9.00pm Police Nawatnan Chamsaeng , Pluakdaeng, Rayong received a report of a gun shot at 48/60 Moo 3 Mabyangporn Pluakdang Daeng , Rayong. The police investigated the place, it was a small grocery shop with no name. Mr.Somkhid, aged 37 was found dead after being shot by an 11 mm bullet. The bullet hit his left arm and damaged his left and right ribcages. Mrs. Phiyapak, 39 years old , another victim was shot on her left knee by the same bullet 11mm. The victims were later sent to the Pluakdang Daeng , Rayong hospital. At the crime scenethe gun was also found, this information is being kept as evidence.

It is found that before the incident took place Mrs. Phiyapak and Mr.Somkhid two husband-and-wife , the owner of a grocery shop were watching television at their home /shop and suddenly Mr. Pornpitak (Boy) walk in and asks the sister Mrs. Phiyapak for 5,000 baht and his sister refused. This made Boy very angry and therefore started quarrelling, he then came in front of the shop and walked back to the house with a gun. He shot both Mrs. Phiyapak and Mr.Somkhid, Mr.Somkhid died on the spot as for Mrs. Phiyapak received injuries on her left knee but she was still able to get up and take the gun away. At the same time her son Mr. Thanwan Kraithong, 19 years old came out of his room and tried to save his mother. Mr. Boy tried to harass them and later walked out of the shop, and drove off in black Isuzu D-max car license plate 4790. However, the CCTV camera in the victim’s shop had recorded everything and therefore could be shown as evidence.

Mrs. Phiyapak the victim claimed that Mr. Pornpitak (Boy) is her brother and is currently working as a legal officer and also studying his masters in Burapha University, Chonburi. He often came to her for money giving excuses that his daughter is unwell or needed money from gasoline. And each time she would give 3,000 to 5,000 baht almost 20,000 baht per month even knowing that he would take his money to buy amphetamines drugs. In the past he had also stolen money from the shop and tried to shoot them. This time he shot his brother-in-law after he refused to give him 5,000 baht. It is found that Mr. Boy before becoming a legal officer he had been caught twice for drug issues the first time in Chachaengsao province the second time in Chonburi province a few years back.
