A Former Disable Police Rapes A Four – Year – Old Girl!

A former disable police denies the accusation of raping a four-year-old girl at the Child and family shelter.

CHONBURI – August 31, 2013 [PDN]; Mrs a (fiction name) 42-year-old mother brings her child and Miss B (fiction name) to complain against the disabled guy that has physically harassed and sexually abused her daughter during her stay at the “Child and family shelter” located at Longpo, Banglamung district, Chonburi province. Mrs. A, the mother claims that she was detained by the police due to drug issues therefore she had to leave her daughter at the shelter. Currently doctors have reported that her daughter has high fever, severe bleeding and tearing in her genital and bruises around the body.

During the same day at about 2:30 PM the police from the investigation Department took the four-year-old girl to the child and family shelter along with Mrs. Sawani Komohat, Director of Bureau of Anti-Trafficking in Women and Children. She head of family and child shelter took the group to the male department to Mr. Noi Khamsiri, 57 years old residing at 13/91 Moo 5, Naklua , Banglamung, Chonburi. The kid was asked to identify and therefore agreed that it was the same guy therefore , he is now under police custody.

During the investigation Mr. Noi, denied that he was a former police and was suspended after a few years due to drug issues. A few years later he had some problems with his hip bone which made his left leg unable to function leaving him disable. He did not have anyone to take care of the him therefore he went to stay at the disable home at Bangpakong , Chachoengsao for several years. He later found out that he was infected with HIV, therefore had to shift to another shelter in Rayong province before shifting he was asked to stay temporarily at the child and family shelter in Chonburi province for more than a month now.

He also said that during his stay he met many children and one of them was Miss A, four-year-old girl. He confesses that he did not think or do any kind of physical and sexual abuse.

The police are still not convinced by his statement and therefore is detained until Ms. Paveena Hongsakun , Minister of Social Development and Human Security interview him by herself so that further steps could be taken according to the law.
