Ubon Police Finally Catch Child Rapist And Murderer

The man who had raped and killed a 3 year-old boy was finally arrested by Phosai Police officers in Ubon Ratchathani province.

UBON RATCHATANI – August 25, 2013 [PDN]; An interrogation session took place at the Phosai Police station after 43 year-old Mr. Sommai Klangart was arrested for raping and murdering a 3 year-old child. More evidence became available following an autopsy of the boy’s body, it was seen that he was bruised throughout his body, stains of sperms were found at his anal area.

The suspect has accepted all allegations and confessed that he was drunk during the incident happened. He said that when he saw the boy playing in front of the boy’s house, Mr. Sommai then lured the child into house with toys and snacks and as soon as the boy walked into his house that was nearby, he ripped off his clothes and raped him. He additionally said that he broke the child’s neck after he had screamed loudly, which eventually killed the child.

Mr. Sommai’s criminal record will now be checked. He will be charged for several allegations, including murder, rape and child abuse. He could face a sentence that will keep him in jail for years.
