68-year-old woman becomes a victim of a nine-month pregnant woman who steals money to buy drugs.

BANGKOK – August 24, 2013 [PDN]; Police received reports that Mrs. Nansri, 68-year-old woman had been severely injured, her front teeth had been broken, eyebrows and neck had also received injuries and was left lying unconscious in the house at Tambon Tawphu, Phrae province.

After the investigation it was found that the victim was lying unconscious in the house alone, after which her son Mr. Shaleow made a visit to the house and saw his mother lying unconscious therefore quickly took her to the hospital. At the fight scene hair particles was found which are suspected to be of the defendant. Police also investigated nearby houses to look for clues but nothing was found.

At about 7pm Mrs.Nongkrai Hongwai, 35-year-old defendant who was nine months pregnant, resides not too far from the victim’s house. Reports also identified a history with usage of drugs and robbery at the hospital. After noticing peculiar actions with the defendant she confesses that she had received money from lottery many times and has also stolen money many times. This time her goal was to steal money to buy drugs however this time the victim was aware and therefore they had a fight among themselves.
