I just realized I will be in Thailand April 9th-May 15 so I am wondering is it gonna be hard to get a hotel in Pattaya during Songkran? What about Bangkok?

no. its not hard. in fact, since its so damn hot, not many people go (unlike right now)- i went last year without any reservations.

 

its a blast. :P

You should not have any problem getting a hotel in Pattaya for songkran.

Just bring your water wings, dive in and Parteeee!!

I have had difficulty getting a room in the Songkraan holiday at short notice before, nothing that couldn't be sorted out though.

 

Be prepared for a unique insight into human madness, and get used to the idea that you will be walking around in wet clothes for a few days.

Im gonna be there for Songkran this year.

 

Get to pattaya on 9th and depart on 24th.

 

Im looking forward to it

Songkran should be from the 11th - 14th April this year, but in Pattaya it will be a week later, last year I done Songkran in Korat then came done to Pattaya about 5 days later and done it all again, you should check this out first as you might not be around for Songkran
