The Government has now installed the high power electric line to BBC. The Government will install the electric transformer this week.

We can soon check all the power outlets and lights. Kone has completed installing the elevator and now with power available can do the final testing.

At this time we have completed installing the elevator, windows, ceilings, electric cable, water/toilets, tiling, doors/locks and painting.

We are working on installing the glass balcony railings, interior lights, heat and smoke detectors, cctv, wifi, exterior drainage and touch up painting.

Bang Saray Beach Condo Building A is looking very good. Beautiful quality, spacious layouts and an outstanding location have contributed to our early buyers seeing 40% increase in the value of their condos.
