A drink-driving foreigner’s motorbike crashed into a boat trailer that was parked on a roadside in Pattaya. His foot was entirely ripped off from the crash.

PATTAYA – August 14, 2013 [PDN]; Pattaya Police were informed that a motorbike had crashed into a boat trailer at Thepprasit Rd.

Police said that they found a Suzuki motorbike that was damaged from the collision at the scene. However, Police were not able to identify the victim as he was immediately rushed out to a Banglamung Hospital.

It was reported that his foot was entirely ripped off from his leg. Doctors at Banglamung Hospital are trying to somehow connect his foot with leg again.

Witnesses said that the foreigner was driving at a high-speed, but his motorbike was swerving as if he was drunk, he was then said to have lost balance, making him crash into the boat trailer.

Police are now in the process of contacting the owner of the boat trailer as it is illegal to park boat trailers on the roadside.
