Visiting Myanmarese Mother Killed In Motorbike Collision

The mother of a Myanmarese woman who was working in Pattaya was killed in an accident where a motorbike had crashed into her mother, while her father was severely injured.

PATTAYA – August 13, 2013 [PDN]; Banglamung Police were informed that a motorbike had collided into a couple while they were crossing the road. The incident was reported to have happened in front of the Srisuvit School.

The woman who died was named Ms. San Kyi, aged 42, a Myanmarese national. She was lying in a bath of blood on the sidewalk, her husband, Mr. Soe Min Aung, aged 38, sustained severe injuries. The man who had collided into the couple was named Mr. Wunmai, aged 29.

The couple’s daughter said that her parents came to visit her from Bangkok, when they were on their way home, they had to cross the Sukhumvit Rd., where cars were driving at high-speeds. It was presumed that the couple and driver couldn’t see each other, causing the collision and death.
