Voluntary Police Officer Suspected of Rape

A Voluntary Pattaya Police officer was arrested for allegedly raping a 14 year-old girl.

Pattaya – August 10, 2013 [PDN]; Nong Prue Police were able to 28 year-old Ton Talayluek, a Voluntary Police officer. He was arrested for allegedly raping a 14 year-old girl who studied in 8th grade.

It was known that the girl actually consented to have sex with the suspect, as she was sexually attracted. However, police have charged the 28 year-old of child abuse.
