Soldier Kills Ex â€“ Girlfriend And Himself After Failing To Reconcile With Her

A soldier who broke up with a 30 year-old woman, who was a teacher decided to take her and his life after they failed to reconcile. It was known that the two had broken up two months ago, as the soldier already had a family.

PATTAYA – August 5, 2013 [PDN]; Banglamung Police were informed that a shooting happened at a teacher’s house located at the Nong Ketnoi School. Two bodies of a man and woman were found on the house floor.

The man was identified as a 38 year-old solider named Chief Petty Officer First Class Prathan Sawangarom and the woman who was a teacher at the school was identified as 30 year-old Ms. Manita “Bow” Ritlumlert.

A hand gun was found next to the soldier, which was confirmed to be a 11mm handgun. Investigation officers then questioned a friend of Ms. Manita who was also a teacher at the school, he said that Ms. Manita had broken up with the soldier after she found that he already had an family and that she was a mistress, which made her decide to break up with him.

He said that he believes that the soldier came Ms. Manita’s house in order to reconcile, but he believes that Ms. Manita did not want to reconcile with him, which made the soldier mad, making him pull the trigger on his ex-girlfriend and himself.

Police officers will now contact the respective families of the two in order to take their bodies for religion related purposes.
