Honda Car Crashes Into Street Isle In Na Jomtien

A car driving at high-speed lost its balance and crashed into a street isle at Sukhumvit Road, causing severe injuries to the driver and passenger

PATTAYA – August 4,2013 [PDN]; Pattaya Rescue officers were informed that a Honda had crashed in a street isle and that the car had caught fire. The incident was reported to have happened at Sukhumvit Rd. in Na Jomtien.

The car was reported to be a Honda City with a CNG system, which was believed to be cause of the fire. After extinguishing the fire, the two injured passengers in the car were rescued, they were reported to be aged 21 and 24.

Witnesses that saw the incident told officers that the Honda car was driving at a high-speed before the car suddenly lost its balance and crashed into the street isle. When locals saw that a fire was about to break out, they immediately extinguished it using a fire extinguisher.

Na Jomtien Police will now investigate the incident and have now taken further steps in the investigation.
