my bird says, 1 year old, ok, but tv stations are shit and you have to pay for maid service when you want room cleaned if long stay.

Just stayed there over christmas/January.The rooms are pretty good for the money and not far from the bars in Bakhow or from central road.The only thing i could complain about was the curtains,i had problems sleeping as the sun was coming through the curtain in the morning!

Internet not wifi as stated!!!

One night i was sick on the bed sheets only a little and they wanted to charge me 400bht to clean them!!! I told tthem to fuck off, ill clean um myself, so took um down the lundry 50bht...

They just try to rip you off, IMO

 

 

I stay at Prima Place now, 10000bht all in and is only 5min walk from R Con

No i have tried for there website does not exsist.

I stay one month in high season for 14000 baht and 7000 baht deposit (give back depend water, electricity, and air condition use)

 

good hotel in Soi Buakaow, nice decoration, but that a f*** problem, only one clean every week !!!

 

you can pay 200 baht for only one clean room if you want more.

if you boom boom too much and you wait the clean room... you can wait long time...
