Pattaya Police Arrest American Illegal Drug Dealer

Investigation officers of Pattaya Police station were able to arrest an American drug dealer who sold crystal met.

PATTAYA – August 1, 2013 [PDN]; Pattaya Police officers were able to arrest 36 year-old Mr. David M. Penna, an American national. He was reported to have been selling crystal methamphetamine. He was arrested in South Pattaya.

The suspect was reported to have possessed over 2 grams of crystal meth with him.

Mr. David admitted that the meth belonged to him and that he bought drug from his fellow friend. He will now be questioned and charged for dealing illegal drugs.

Saw this one on local TV the other day.  Stupid bastard.  36 years old and now his life is screwed.  I doubt there is any way of getting out of this drama now that the publicity has started.  Nothing like boosting the reputation of the local authorities by catching a foreigner with class 1 drugs.  They will milk it for as much publicity as they can.
