HI guys going to bangkok 28 feb and patts for a week or so,have been suffering from sinus problems for about 1 year ,had no joy from docs up in scotland ,need some advice on hospitals to try in bkk or pattaya,dont want to spoil my hols but have to get fixed. :)

I have sinus problems for the past 20 years (Usually 365 day a year) here in Sydney, the athsma capital of the world . Soon as i get to BKK and Pattaya - no more sinus. With all the diesal fumes etc , one would assume that sinus would be a problem but i don't have a it just diappears .Maybe the sinus is an allegy to work and i should give it up & move to Thailand......
