Assaulted Teenager Stabs Boyfriend In Apartment

A 16 year-old girl was slapped by her 40 year-old boyfriend, making her decide to stab her boyfriend in defense, which fatally killed the 40 year-old

BANGKOK – July 22, 2013 [PDN]; Bangna Police officers were informed that a murder happened at an apartment at Soi Bangna 21. Police officers were immediately dispatched to the scene.

The incident happened at the 3rd floor of the apartment, police were able to find the body of 40 year-old Mr. Jessadakorn who was lying inside the room. The polo shirt he was wearing had stains of blood, which came from his wound. Next to Mr. Jessadakorn’s body, police found the murder weapon, which was a 6.5 inch knife. The murderer, who
was only aged 16 was standing just nearby waiting for the police to arrest.

The 16 year-old girl told the police that she stabbed her boyfriend to defend herself after he had slapped her face following an arguement.

Police have now taken the girl to Bangna Police station in order to charge her various allegations.

Thai age of consent is 15 IIRC. Of course, if you are a citizen of certain western nations that are sure they know better, you had better ensure she is at least 18.
