Police Arrest Drug Related Suspect After Hiding For Over 9 Years

Sattahip Police were able to arrest a suspect who was in a robbery of illegal drugs that happened over 9 year ago.

SATTAHIP – July 19, 2013 [PDN]; At 04.00 PM, several police officers which included the Superintendent of Sattahip Police station, arrested 31 year-old Mr. Chaiwat Pimkae, who was a suspect in a robbery that happened in Kampaeng Phet province 9 years ago. He reportedly had robbed over 60 pills of illegal drugs.

Police Lt. Tanasak Prasatthong, the Head of Investigations, revealed that Kampaeng Phet Police officers had contacted him in order to arrange or plan an arrest of a drug related suspect who was hiding in the area that Sattahip Police were responsible of. Not long after receiving information about the suspect, the investigation officers were able to track-down the suspect, which lead to the reported arrest.

The suspect will now be taken to the Kampaeng Phet Police station in order to undergo a questioning session.
