They can and do if you have a different girl(s) every night. If you check in with a girl, or register her name with the hotel, they usually don't charge. YMMV, every hotel is different. Email them and get it in writing, or the rules may change at check-in. TIT.

Hi Unit,

 

try the Chaiyapoon Inn on Soi Chaiyapoon. They make a point of NOT charging any joining fee (place is quite nice too!)
