Looking for long stay in BKK (3 months)

Hi

A friend of mine is looking for a room, can be hotel/apartment/condo/residence nearby BTS/MRT station in Bangkok.

He’s planning to stay over there for 3 months. (between mi-July and October 13)

His budget is up to 20,000 baht/month max.

His specific requirements are:

  • Nearby BTS/MRT.
  • Quiet, clean, secure and no cockroaches.
  • Deposit (if any) returned with no hassle.
  • GF friendly.
  • No hidden charges and things like that.
  • Wi-Fi will be appreciated.

Any suggestions?

Thanks beforehand.

3 months is not long stay....that is short stay according to most estate agents. Most of them will not do less than 12 months.

I was in Bangkok for a few months before and after Christmas, and found it very difficult to find 1-3 months.

Hotels get expensive over a week, and most serviced apartments also expensive.

The 2 places I stayed at were The Trendy and Sukhumvit Suites, both on Sukhumvit Soi 13. They both have units that do short term.

I used Craigs List to find units in these places
