Just stumbled upon this cool restaurant map on another forum (not sure if I'm allowed to say which one on this forum).  Not my handy work, but the cartographer is credited on the top left, if you have any comments.

Pretty detailed with comments on most, if not all locations.  If this is old news, Mods: feel free to delete. It was new to me.

Not sure if you are aware but a BM does a regular Bar/Restaurant map twice a year for us.

I've seen that too.  Great bit of work.  I was just impressed with both the Google Maps integration and the comments on the restaurants that this guy left on his map.  Just another useful resource, particularly if you use Google Maps on your smartphone a lot.  It is pretty interactive.
