Did anyone see any results of 2100 Mhz networks yet (Dtac / AIS) ?

They both seem to be busy rolling the 2100 out.
Dtac talks a lot about it on the website but does not give any dates of start, end or when it will be done in Patt.

AIS should be up and running already, seeing their info.

Did anyone of you see a result of this and saw an improvement in speed or workability when using a phone from Europe ?

With AIS I have been getting anywhere from 1 to 5 mb down and 0,3 to 2 mb up when in areas that have 3G out in the Darkside and in Pattaya since they rolled it out the other month. My iPhone was bought on line with Apple, runs the same here in Thailand on 3G as it does in Australia with data roaming on 3G.

I had about 1MB upload and the same download speed on 850 Mhz.
Did not profit from the 2100 Mhz new freq as i didn't sign up for TRInet yet.
Didn't really need to , actually.        The old 850 never seemed to be saturated to me.
Off season of course...  and some users will already use 2100 so more space for me on 850.
