Anyone got any feedback (positive or otherwise) on this place? Is it a suitable resort for a family holiday, i.e. young kids? Any other recommendations for hotels on Koh Chang?

Stayed for a week in Koh Chang in December with my Teerak at THE DEWA. Brand new designer resort, nice pool and beach. Don't go for the Villas, they are not worth the money, get a poolside room on the ground floor. Check the pictures on their website whether the design is your thing.

Paddys palms is a fine place for families,Irish pub and nice rooms.Not quite on white sand beach but very close to south end

I'm not a big Ko Chang fan but the Tropicana is a good choice if staying high end. Some of their rooms have outdoor bathtubs for two.
